★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atenção: nos venderam passeio subcontratando a Natural Eco Turismo , insistindo que era uma agencia parceira deles e muito boa .
So fizemos com eles porque era contratado para ir na cabine . O carro atrasou quase 1 hora , quando chegou nao era na cabine e ficaram insistindo para irmos em cima. Por fim , nos mandaram pro centro sozinhos para resolver com a agência que eles tinham contratado ...
Sequer perguntaram se deu certo, e o passeio, a propósito, foi um desastre.
A agência parceira atrasou o passeio que era as 08h e saiu mais de 10h , ficamos esperando pq tinham esquecido hóspedes em outra pousada , o motorista não sabia o caminho e no fim perdemos 2 horas do passeio que foi feito todo apressado.
 Attention: they sold us a tour subcontracting to Natural Eco Turismo, insisting that it was a partner agency and very good.
We only did it with them because I was hired to go to the cabin. The car was delayed almost 1 hour, when it arrived it was not in the cabin and they were insisting to go up. Finally, they sent us to the center alone to settle with the agency they had hired ...
They didn't even ask if it worked, and the ride, by the way, was a disaster.
The partner agency delayed the tour which was 8 am and left more than 10 am, we were waiting because they had forgotten guests at another inn, the driver did not know the way and in the end we lost 2 hours of the tour which was done in a hurry.

Great walks, some unforeseen events due to the weather, but that is important because no one controls nature, the guides were great, always giving us support when necessary and solving doubts and the places visited are of stunning beauty.

We did 2 days of tours with the company, it was the best tours of our lives.. it was amazing, we loved it so much, there's no way to describe the experience!!! Only at the end do you discover that the price you paid cannot be measured or measured in comparison to the experience, it was free.. because it is an incredible experience!! PS. I forgot a very important belonging in their car and Jefferson did everything he could to bring me to the inn.. he is TOP!
