★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima ja é a segunda vez q preciso do serviço,e o antendimento é péssimo,ano passado deixei uma procuração la p renovar num dia a moça falou p me q ligaria assim q tivesse pronta,depois de uma semana sem ter resposta nenhuma,fui com minha mãe buscar ficamos 1hora esperando a moça fazer a procuração,pq em uma semana n teve tempo de fazer ,quando reclamei com atendente ela fez cara feia e ainda cobrou 50,00 reais do serviço, Esse ano voltei de novo deixei a procuração la na quinta-feira passada a atendente ficou de me ligar no dia seguinte mais n ligou se eu quis ter resposta eu liguei várias vezes p conseguir falar com a Marcela q segundo ela a procuração estava pronta,minha mãe foi buscar ontem chegou la teve q esperar mais de 1hora pq como da outra vez n estava pronta ,é muita falta de respeito com quem precisa do serviço de vcs ,infelizmente temos q se sujeitar a isso pq é o único cartório na cidade q realiza esse tipo de serviços.
 It's already bad the second time I need the service, and the service is terrible, last year I left a power of attorney there to renew in a day the girl told me that she would call me as soon as it was ready, after a week without having any answer, I went with my mother to pick up we stayed 1 hour waiting for the girl to do the power of attorney, because in a week she didn't have time to do it, when I complained to the attendant she made an ugly face and even charged 50.00 reais for the service, This year I came back again I left the power of attorney there at last thursday the attendant was supposed to call me the next day but she didn't call if I wanted an answer I called several times to get to talk to Marcela that according to her the power of attorney was ready, my mother went to pick it up yesterday she arrived she had to wait longer 1 hour because like the other time it wasn't ready, it's a lot of lack of respect for those who need your service, unfortunately we have to subject ourselves to that because it's the only notary in the city that performs this type of service.
