Porém o cemitério é ruim de dar área, você fica incomunicável, não oferece sequer um serviço de Wi-Fi, só disponibilizam 20 copos de água! Se for a família grande tens que comprar a garrafinha que custa 2 reais ou levar água de casa! -_-'
The office is great, very organized and the service is standard. However, the cemetery is bad to give area, you are incommunicado, it does not even offer a Wi-Fi service, they only provide 20 glasses of water! If you are a big family you have to buy a bottle that costs 2 reais or take water from home! -_- '

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No que se refere à prestatividade dos serviços, deixa bastante a desejar. Quitei o meu jazigo e solicitei uma declaração de quitação do mesmo. Ficaram de enviar por e-mail desde o dia 26/7 e até a presente data nada me foi enviado.
Venho reiterando a minha solicitação por telefone e via Whatsapp no setor de cobrança mas sem sucesso.
With regard to the helpfulness of the services, it leaves a lot to be desired. I cleared my deposit and requested a discharge statement. They have been sent by e-mail since 7/26 and until the present date nothing has been sent to me.
I've been reiterating my request over the phone and via Whatsapp in the billing sector but without success.

Se os serviços continuarem ruins, irei cancelar. Não faltam empresas com esse tipo de serviço. Não temos um supervisor para recorrer. Muito arrependida. Meu plano não é barato, deveríamos ser tratados melhor.
