★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cartório é novo, bem equipado, mas o atendimento é péssimo, horrível. Fui entregar um documento do vendedor faltante para o registro do imóvel e a moça foi grossa e questionou o por que não foi entregue tudo junto (oras, era o documento faltante neh) e disse que não era o setor dela e colocou o documento em cima de uma mesa. Então eu falei que levaria e entregaria quando a pessoa responsável em receber o documento estivesse lá, daí ela apontou duas pessoas que presenciaram minha solicitação e estavam lá como sendo as responsáveis em receber o documento e essas pessoas nem sequer olharam na minha cara para dizer que eram eles que iam receber a documentação. Pena que é o único cartório nesta cidade que dispõe desse tipo de serviço.
 The registry office is new, well equipped, but the service is terrible, horrible. I went to deliver a document of the missing seller to register the property and the girl was thick and questioned why it was not delivered all together (why, it was the missing document, right) and said it was not her sector and put the document on top of a table. So I said I would take it and deliver it when the person responsible for receiving the document was there, then she appointed two people who witnessed my request and were there as being responsible for receiving the document and these people did not even look me in the face to say that they were the ones who were going to receive the documentation. Too bad it is the only registry office in this city that offers this type of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um cartório novo, bem equipado, e muito bem organizado. O atendimento do estabelecimento é rápido, contudo o tempo da resolução deixa a desejar.
Ambiente confortável e muito bem limpo, é possível ver nos quadros do estabelecimento algumas “pinturas” famosas montadas por quebra cabeças.
A new registry office, well equipped, and very well organized. The establishment is fast to attend, but the resolution time is not enough.
Comfortable and very clean environment, it is possible to see in the pictures of the establishment some famous "paintings" assembled by puzzles.
