★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento rápido preciso. Atingiu minha expectativa. Aliás, saio da vila mariana para vir neste cartório, pq é sem burocracia, os atendentes resolvem tudo e não precisam estar repassando para outras pessoas, assim na gera fila e nem tumulto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura ótima e apesar de ter elevador para cadeirantes e outros a escada é íngreme e longa para acessar o salão principal. Tudo é bem sinalizado e o atendimento razoavelmente rápido. Painéis grandes com sinal sonoro na chamada de senha, ar condicionado e ótima decoração tornando o ambiente bem agradável. Me dirigi ao caixa para pagar o valor do serviço porém ao pedir o CPF na nota o caixa disse que eu deveria ter pedido antes de passar o cartão quando na verdade o caixa tem que perguntar se você deseja o CPF na nota. Tirando esse desconforto gostei da experiência nesse local.Se você gostou dessa avaliação por gentileza dê o seu like ou aperte esse joinha aí em baixo. Tenha uma ótima experiência nesse local. Optimal structure and despite having a lift for wheelchair users and others the staircase is steep and long to access the main hall. Everything is well signposted and service is reasonably fast. Large panels with an audible signal in the password call, air conditioning and great decoration making the environment very pleasant. I went to the cashier to pay the service fee but when asking for the CPF in the bill the cashier said that I should have asked before passing the card when in fact the cashier has to ask if you want the CPF in the bill. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma sugestão aos Oficiais: hoje estive aí com minha mãe para transferir a propriedade de um veículo e ao pedir para avaliar a Escrevente Beatriz meu celular não leu o código… Fiquei chateada, gostaria de avaliar manual assim como na SPtrans pois fui bem atendida. No entanto gostei tanto do atendimento que pedi ao meu filho que me ensinasse a adicionar um comentário por aqui. Beatriz é uma jovem muito simpática e esperta, estamos encantadas! Adorei a experiência, recomendarei que meus conhecidos busquem por ela. Abraços!
A suggestion to the Officials: today I was there with my mother to transfer the ownership of a vehicle and when I asked to evaluate the clerk Beatriz my cell phone did not read the code… I was upset, I would like to evaluate the manual as well as at SPtrans because I was well attended. However, I liked the service so much that I asked my son to teach me how to add a comment here. Beatriz is a very nice and smart young woman, we are delighted! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui ontem ao cartório para tirar as certidões da minha cidadania portuguesa, fiquei de avaliar vocês porque meu celular não leu o código. já fui em vários cartórios mas nunca fui tão bem atendido como ontem pela menina Beatriz! com certeza voltarei e espero poder ser atendido por ela novamente ou receber o mesmo tratamento, nota 10 parabéns ao treinamento dos tabeliões ??
I went to the registry office yesterday to get the certificates of my Portuguese citizenship, I had to evaluate you because my cell phone didn't read the code. I've been to several notaries but I've never been as well attended as yesterday by Miss Beatriz! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, inclusive já fiz uma reclamação. O procurador pede para ligar antes de ir no cartório e ligo e a atendente Bruna informa que não pode passar a informação só pelo site. Sendo que até na gravação aparece informações.... Oi?! Estou com a declaração de óbito e não tem um sistema para verificar, preciso entrar no site onde não carrega as informações. Eu tenho acesso e tentei e quem não tem? Vão até o cartório gastar dinheiro a toa...como se tivesse fácil o emprego. Vamos melhorar isso... péssimo atendimento
