★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vaga para cadeirante, apesar de existir, é praticamente inutilizável, pois o local é muito ingrime não permitindo que o usuário possa sair de forma confortável. Existe um elevador para cadeirantes na escadaria, porém estar avariado/não funciona. A localização é ótima, a sala comercial que vim usufruir do serviço é muito pequena, aguardei do lado de fora. São pontos que passam despercebidos pelos usuários que não fazem uso de cadeira de rodas ou necessitam de algum auxílio para se locomover. Sugestão: Tomar ação junto a prefeitura local para vagas para cadeirante nas ruas adjacentes, mesmo sendo zona azul, não tem problema, o foco é o conforto de ir e vir de todos. Quanto as salas, acredito que um arquiteto possa ajudar.
 The space for wheelchair users, despite existing, is practically unusable, as the place is very steep, not allowing the user to leave comfortably. There is an elevator for wheelchair users on the stairs, however it is broken/does not work. The location is great, the commercial room I came to enjoy the service is very small, I waited outside. These are points that go unnoticed by users who do not use a wheelchair or need some help to get around. Suggestion: Take action with the local city hall for parking spaces for wheelchair users on the adjacent streets, even though it is a blue zone, there is no problem, the focus is on the comfort of coming and going for everyone. As for the rooms, I believe an architect can help.

Duas atendentes, uma branca e uma negra, do período da tarde, são arrogantes e com cara de abusadas, não dão nem "Boa tarde" ou tem o mínimo de educação ao tratar com o cliente, sendo que um dos pontos mais importantes de qualquer organização é essa relação com o consumidor.
Ademais, não avisam sobre o sistema que é usado na entrada, não alertam que o papel também é necessário para a saída, e isso gera transtornos. Me trataram com muita má vontade e arrogância , porque eu necessitei pedir outro papel para sair. Poucas vezes tive um atendimento tão medíocre em um estabelecimento. Espero que os responsáveis melhorem essa recepção, pois é inaceitável que uma organização tão grande trabalhe com pessoas tão incapacitadas no que tange o atendimento ao cliente e o trabalho com pessoas.
The location itself is good, but the reception is HORRIBLE. Two attendants, one white and one black, from the afternoon, are arrogant and with an abused face, they don't even say "Good afternoon" or have the minimum politeness when dealing with the customer, being that one of the most important points of any organization is this relationship with the consumer.
In addition, they do not warn about the system that is used at the entrance, they do not warn that paper is also necessary for the exit, and this causes inconvenience. They treated me with a lot of ill will and arrogance, because I needed to ask for another role to leave. Rarely have I had such mediocre service at an establishment. I hope that those responsible will improve this reception, as it is unacceptable that such a large organization works with people so disabled in terms of customer service and working with people.
