Apesar do produto estar intacto, e eu explicar que havia recebido de presente as vendedoras não permitiram a troca, por vezes foram grosseiras, despreparadas para lidar com o público. Saí EXTREMAMENTE aborrecida. Não voltarei na loja nem recomendarei a ninguém!
 I got a pair of earrings as a gift, went to exchange and couldn't. They said the exchange deadline had passed. Although the product is intact, and I explain that I had received as a gift the sellers did not allow the exchange, sometimes were rude, unprepared to deal with the public. I left EXTREMELY bored. I will not be returning to the store nor recommend it to anyone!

Apesar do produto estar intacto, embalado e com etiqueta e eu explicar que havia recebido de presente, as vendedoras não permitiram a troca, nem me permitiram falar com a proprietária, afirmando que ela não atendia as reclamações dos clientes. Os funcionários não sabem como lidar com o direito do consumidor, nem como tratar bem os clientes, quando se trata de troca. É uma pena que existam estabelecimentos, nos tempos de hoje, que tratem o cliente dessa forma!
I got a gift yesterday, went to exchange today and couldn't. They said they had passed the exchange deadline, which is ONLY 7 days. Although the product was intact, packaged and labeled, and I explained that I had received it as a gift, the sellers would not allow it to be exchanged, nor would it allow me to speak with the owner, stating that it did not address customer complaints. Employees don't know how to handle consumer law or how to treat customers well when it comes to barter. It's a shame that there are establishments these days that treat the customer that way!
