★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 03/08/2019 chegaram minha mesa e minhas 4 cadeiras, o montador trouxe e dei uma olhada rápida para ver se estavam em bom estado para assinar o papel da liberação afinal eles tinham outras montagens para fazer. Assim que eles saíram notei uma falha na pintura de uma das cadeiras, liguei para a vendedora para ver se ela entrava em contato com o montador para voltar a cadeira, a vendedora mesma disse que tinha de mandar um email para o SAC, pois então o fiz, mandei o email no mesmo dia logo após o ocorrido. No dia 17/08/2019 mandei outro email, pois ainda não havia obtido nenhuma resposta. O SAC veio apenas responder no dia 21/09/2019 dizendo que o papel da entrega tinha sido assinado que estava em perfeito estado e não mais podia fazer nada. Na hora de vender as lojas são uma maravilha, agora na hora de prestar uma assistência ao consumidor se esquivam logo de qualquer responsabilidade ou dano. Não voltarei a comprar na loja, pois fiquei muito insatisfeito com o serviço prestado ao consumidor.
 On 03/08/2019 arrived my table and my 4 chairs, the assembler brought and I took a quick look to see if they were in good condition to sign the release paper after all they had other mounts to do. As soon as they left I noticed a failure to paint one of the chairs, I called the saleswoman to see if she contacted the assembler to return the chair, the saleswoman said she had to send an email to the SAC, because then the I did, I sent the email the same day right after the incident. On 08/17/2019 I sent another email, as I had not yet received any response. The SAC only came to respond on 21/09/2019 saying that the delivery paper had been signed that it was in perfect condition and could do nothing more. When it comes to selling the stores, it is a wonder, now it is time to provide a customer service to avoid any liability or damage. I will not buy again at the store, because I was very dissatisfied with the service provided to the consumer.

A mesa chegou rápido, mas as cadeiras demoraram mais de um mês depois do tempo limite de entrega discutido na hora da compra. Porém, a equipe foi bastante atenciosa e enviaram até uma caixa de chocolate pedindo desculpas pelo ocorrido. Achei muito legal da parte deles, por isso dei nota 5, e nossa sala ficou ainda mais linda. Feliz festas equipe da Oficina Design!
We bought 6 chairs and 1 table of excellent quality in the promotion, we love the price was very good for the quality of the product. The table arrived quickly, but the chairs took more than a month after the delivery time limit discussed at the time of purchase. However, the staff was very attentive and even sent a box of chocolate apologizing for what happened. I thought it was very nice of them, so I rated it 5, and our room got even more beautiful.
