★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento Gostaria de fazer uma reparação na telinha do meu cabelo pois na parte de baixo está soltando. Como moro em São Paulo e trabalho em Santos só tenho o final de semana de tempo para ir no salão que foi feito o mega. Liguei para o salão e falei sobre o assunto é logo responderam que não fazem reparos de outros, somente manutenção. Até concordo em parte mas acho que não custava nada em fazer este reparo pois também perguntei se fazem escova e disseram que sim, então eu gostaria de aproveitar e fazer também mas logo já disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Eu até disse que pagaria pelo reparo também mas disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Acho um absurdo que profissionais são esses que não podem fazer esse atendimento já que o local faz esse trabalho.
Resposta: Acho que em menos de 10 minutos poderia ser costurada a telinha que está solta e não prejudicaria o trabalho de outro. Quer dizer se eu não falasse que está solta e fosse aí para fazer escova e na hora fosse visto que está solta não iria arrumar?
Terrible service I would like to make a repair in my hair because the bottom part is loosening. As I live in São Paulo and work in Santos, I only have the weekend to go to the salon where the mega was made. I called the salon and talked about it and they soon replied that they don't do repairs for others, only maintenance. I even partially agree but I think it wouldn't cost anything to do this repair because I also asked if they do a brush and they said yes, so I would like to enjoy it and do it too but soon they said they couldn't do anything. I even said I would pay for the repair too but they said there was nothing they could do. I think it's absurd that professionals are those who can't do this service since the place does this work.
Answer: I think that in less than 10 minutes the fabric that is loose could be sewn and would not harm the work of another. I mean, if I didn't say that it was loose and went there to have a brush and when it was seen that it was loose, I wouldn't fix it?
