There was a lack of information that was not given to me and I just learned that I would have to pay one more fee when I went to retrieve the document. I felt embarrassed. The attendant needs to be sure of the information before passing it on to the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, esta muito atrasado, para retirar 2° via de certidão de nascimento feita no próprio cartório 2 a 3 dias...vergonhoso e arcaico. 1 estrela pq não tem como diminuir.
Terrible, it's too late, to get a 2nd copy of the birth certificate made at the registry office itself 2 to 3 days... shameful and archaic. 1 star because there is no way to decrease it.
