★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, atendentes mal humoradas, grossas...Cheguei pra fazer um reconhecimento de uma assinatura e faz duas horas que estou aqui. Falta de preparo no atendimento, todos os serviços parecem misturados, se era ruim sem a pandemia, agora com pandemia piorou. Se tivesse zero eu dava zero. Pena depender de um único cartório.
Bad service, grumpy attendants, rude... I arrived to recognize a signature and I've been here for two hours. Lack of preparation in the service, all services seem mixed, if it was bad without the pandemic, now with the pandemic it got worse. If it had zero I would give zero. It's a pity to depend on a single registry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento , liguei p pedir informaçao ate ai me atenderam bem , mandei os dados conforme me orientaram por e-mail porem ninguem t responde ,ligo p ver se chegou o e-mail e falam ja chegou sim ja vao ver p a senhora , fico aguardando o dia todo p fazer o pix e nada , ligo no dia seguinte ela vai ver dps do almoço , ainda falam se vc vier ate aqui ira perder viagem pq o documento nao sai na hora affff
Terrible service, I called to ask for information, so far they served me well, I sent the data as instructed by email, but no one answers, I call to see if the email has arrived and they say it has arrived, yes, they will see you, I'm waiting all day to do the pix and nothing, I call the next day she will see after lunch, they still say if you come here you will miss the trip because the document doesn't come out on time affff

Estou gestante e muito descaso no atendimento, onde vários outros cartórios são melhores e solícitos, infelizmente guararema tem o pior cartório da cidade e dificulta tudo além de serem os piores no atendimento são desinteressados em ajudar a população, desorganizados.
Bad service, lack of communication and no interest in solving simple processes. I am pregnant and very neglectful in the service, where several other notaries are better and helpful, unfortunately guararema has the worst notary in the city and makes everything difficult in addition to being the worst in service they are disinterested in helping the population, disorganized.
