Fiz a compra de pneus e ganharia montagem gratuitamente. Além da demora para uma simples montagem de pneus, eles montaram os pneus do lado errado. Tive que ir na borracharia para desmontar e montar novamente do lado correto, pois o pneu tem lado de rodagem.
Isso que era um simples serviço, imagine se fosse mais complexo.
I do not recommend!!
I bought tires and would get assembly for free. In addition to the delay for simple tire fitting, they fitted the tires on the wrong side. I had to go to the tire shop to disassemble and reassemble the correct side, because the tire has a tread.
This was a simple service, imagine if it was more complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um simples serviço de troca de óleo, filtros e alinhamento algo que teria ficado em 220 reais, com desconto em sites tipo grupon. No meio do serviço me informaram que o carro estava com óleo vazando, o que era 220 ficou em 800, como não argumentar e topei o serviço... acharam outro problema e me passaram um orçamento de 3000 (o que era 220 ficou em 3000 reais!!!!!). Desconfiado liguei para um mecânico amigo e em seguida levei o carro para ele ver (mesmo final de semana ele me atendeu) resultado, não havia o problema que falaram, o serviço que fizeram foi mal feito, não trocaram filtros que eu havia pagado, e deixaram peças soltas (o que traria problemas para o carro e eles argumentariam que só deu problemas pois não fiz o serviço que haviam recomendado).
Resultado: Perdi 800 reais mais os reparos do serviço não feito e o mal feito.
I went to do a simple oil change service, filters and alignment, something that would have been 220 reais, with discount on grupon type sites. In the middle of the service I was informed that the car was leaking oil, which was 220 was 800, how not to argue and I ran into the service ... they found another problem and gave me a budget of 3000 (what was 220 was in 3000 real !!!!!). Suspicious, I called a mechanic friend and then took the car for him to see (even at the end of the week he answered me) the result, there was no problem they said, the service they did was poorly done, they didn't change filters that I had paid for, and they left loose parts (which would cause problems for the car and they would argue that it only caused problems because I didn’t do the service they had recommended).
Result: I lost 800 reais plus the repairs of the service not done and the wrong done.
