★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, o resultado final até ficou ok, mas não amei. Infelizmente não tem como recomendar bem a loja pois não tive uma ótima experiência. Atrasaram o meu projeto, sendo que o prazo de entrega já é imenso, de 90 dias. Além disso, fizeram uma parte totalmente incorreta, em desacordo com projeto. Foram refazer e após 15 dias sem notícias, entrei em contato e disseram que haviam esquecido. A instalação ficou com brechas grandes entre a madeira e a parede e só depois que reclamei que melhoraram. No final se esforçaram para melhorar e deu certo, mas tive muita dor de cabeça.
Look, the final result was ok, but I didn't love it. Unfortunately, you can't recommend the store well because I didn't have a great experience. They delayed my project, and the delivery period is already huge, 90 days. In addition, they made a totally incorrect part, at odds with the project. They were redoing and after 15 days with no news, I got in touch and they said they had forgotten. The installation was left with big gaps between the wood and the wall and only after I complained that they improved. In the end they made an effort to improve and it worked, but I had a lot of headaches.
