A primeira vez que entrei em contato para saber sobre o orçamento foi as 14:08h e fui informado que não havia nenhum pronto. As 16:24 me mandaram uma mensagem informando que o orçamento estava sendo digitado, porém não sabiam me dizer nada. Um amigo meu foi até o local e chegando lá, colocaram o carro no elevador e ainda estavam mexendo sem me passar nenhum orçamento. Mandei dizer que não deixaria o carro e o dono foi super grosseiro e mandou tirar meu carro de lá pq não trabalha desse jeito e que não quer ninguém pressionando. O carro passou 9 horas e meia em uma oficina e não tiveram a competência nem para fazer um orçamento. Se não tem como atender a demanda, não agenda serviço com o cliente. Atendimento lixo! Não retorno e não indico!
My car went to this workshop today, November 9th at 7:30 am. The first time I got in touch to find out about the budget was at 14: 08h and I was informed that there were none ready. At 16:24 they sent me a message stating that the budget was being entered, but they didn't know how to tell me anything. A friend of mine went to the place and getting there, put the car in the elevator and were still moving without giving me any budget. I said that I would not leave the car and the owner was super rude and told me to take my car out of there because it doesn't work that way and that he doesn't want anyone pushing. The car spent 9 and a half hours in a workshop and did not even have the competence to make a budget. If you can't meet the demand, don't schedule service with the customer. Junk service! Do not return and do not indicate!
