★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não recomendo. Disseram que eu precisaria trocar praticamente a suspensão inteira do carro. Também disseram que se eu não trocasse eles não poderiam fazer o alinhamento. O orçamento estava previsto em R$ 860,00 reais somente para trocar a suspensão. Não aceitei e procurei outro estabelecimento para fazer alinhamento. No outro estabelecimento, fizeram o alinhamento normalmente, sem indicar problema nenhum, nem mesmo necessidade de troca de partes. Falaram que as peças do carro são originais e estão em ótimo estado. É infeliz que eu tenha que dizer que a Sim Pneus foi bem desonesta visando que eu tivesse uma despesa desnecessária de quase R$ 1000,00. Caso alguém necessite comprar pneus no supermercado, vale mais apena levar os pneus para trocar, balancear e alinhar em outro lugar.
Unfortunately I do not recommend it. They said I would need to practically change the entire suspension of the car. They also said that if I didn't change they couldn't do the alignment. The budget was foreseen in R $ 860,00 reais just to change the suspension. I did not accept and looked for another establishment to make alignment. In the other establishment, they did the alignment normally, without indicating any problem, not even the need to exchange parts. They said the car parts are original and in great condition. It is unfortunate that I have to say that Sim Tires was pretty dishonest so that I had an unnecessary expense of almost $ 1,000. If someone needs to buy tires at the supermarket, it is better to bring the tires to change, balance and align elsewhere.

Na hora de vender os serviços são super atenciosos, agora não de corrigir o serviço mal feito eu não feito são super ignorantes.
Obs.: Todo alinhamento feito por eles, sempre falam que é necessário fazer a cambagem 400 reais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ( NÃO RECOMENDO ) Fiz uma troca de Pneus comprado no Extra onde a troca é grátis até ai tdb. Porem me venderam serviços e peças alegando danos etc... Fiz tudo que foi necessário segundo o pessoal da oficina. Porem durante a Semana percebi que os braços das palhetas estavam trocados e danificou ambas. Fiz a reclamação os mesmos atenciosos alegaram que não mexeram nas palhetas. É FD..... Eu não recomendo.. Contando que o carro não ficou bom com tudo que eles dizem ter trocados. Deixei 1.300,00 e fiquei no prejuízo. São bons na hora de vender o serviço , depois vc senta na graxa e fica por isso mesmo.
(DO NOT RECOMMEND) I made a tire exchange purchased at Extra where the exchange is free until then tdb. However, they sold me services and parts claiming damages etc ... I made the complaint the same attentive claimed that they did not touch the reeds. It is FD ..... I do not recommend .. As long as the car did not look good with everything they say they had changed. I left 1,300.00 and was at a loss. They are good when selling the service, then you sit in the grease and stay for that very reason.
