I was charged 200 reais to make the hem and adjust the strap of a relatively simple dress, which elsewhere did the job for 60 reais ... I thought it was absurd!

Não cumprem os horários de entrega e mentem dizendo que ligaram para voce.
Acho que eles não sabem que no celular ficam as chamadas não atendidas.
Vi outras pessoas reclamando e falando em estorno no cartão de algo que deu errado.
Não vale a pena.

They do not comply with delivery times and lie saying that they called you.
I don't think they know that unanswered calls remain on their cell phones.
I saw other people complaining and talking about a chargeback on something that went wrong.
Not worth it.
