★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente limpo e organizado para uma oficina de motos, o proprietário, que atua como mecânico chefe, tem conhecimento e experiência (mais de 20 anos no mercado) e também está sempre se atualizando, inclusive neste ano instalou um dinamômetro para melhor diagnosticar as motos que passam por lá. A empresa já tem quase 10 anos no mesmo local o que mostra solidez. Super indico o trabalho do Sr. Davi e sua equipe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando conheci a oficina Moto.com fiquei encantado e satisfeito com os serviços prestados pelo Davi, tanto que deixe de fazer as revisões na Yamaha e passei a fazer a revisão da minha moto com ele desde os 8.800 km, na segunda revisão de 20.000 já começou a cair a qualidade, mas nada absurdo.
Agora na revisão de 30.000 km (revisao feita com 29.290 km, demoraram 22 dias para entregar a moto pronta, foi a revisão com pintura de cubo de rodas, balança, bengalas e guidão mais cara que já paguei 2.444,00 e para a minha surpresa foi a pior revisão, pois a moto ficou falhando, cheirando forte a gasolina, então revolvi trazer para a Yamaha ver, e na troca de óleo (resolvi trocar novamente óleo e filtro) o mecânico do Davi em vez de fazer as vedações da tampa do filtro como recomenda o fabricante original, eles colaram com silicone, contaminando toda a área do filtro. Estou muito chateado com tudo que aconteceu, e pra ajudar, mandei mensagem para o whatsapp dele no dia 14/07 e até agora não responderam. Minhas considerações são, depois que ele resolveu dar atenção para as motos maiores em seu dinamômetro, deixou de dar atenção e bom atendimento para donos de motos menores. Já indiquei muitos amigos para ele, porém não recomendo mais e não farei mais serviços na oficina dele. Lamentável.

When I met the Moto.com workshop I was delighted and satisfied with the services provided by Davi, so much so that I stopped doing the overhauls at Yamaha and started to overhaul my bike with him since the 8,800 km, in the second overhaul of 20,000 it has already started to drop the quality, but nothing nonsense.
Now in the 30,000 km overhaul (review done with 29,290 km, it took 22 days to deliver the finished bike, it was the most expensive overhaul with wheel hub, scale, cane and handlebar paint that I've ever paid 2,444.00 and to my surprise it was the worst overhaul, because the bike was failing, smelling strongly of gasoline, so I decided to bring it to Yamaha to see, and in the oil change (I decided to change oil and filter again) Davi's mechanic instead of sealing the lid of the filter as recommended by the original manufacturer, they glued it with silicone, contaminating the entire area of the filter. I'm very upset with everything that happened, and to help, I sent a message to his whatsapp on 7/14 and so far they haven't responded. are, after he decided to pay attention to the bigger bikes in his dynamometer, he stopped giving attention and good service to owners of smaller bikes. I've indicated many friends to him, but I don't recommend it anymore and I won't do any more services in his workshop. vel.
