★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pré atendimento via telefone e WhatsApp, onde fui informado do valor do serviço, deixei o óculos no local e fui cobrado por um valor diferente do combinado, o "dono" atestou que era o valor e tive que pagar para retirar o óculos, eu trabalho com atendimento ao cliente se foi erro dele não ter identificado que eram duas peças do óculos ele deveria ter assumido ao menos a causa.
