★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Os funcionários atendem igual barata tonta, não sabem o que estão fazendo. Mandam a gente enviar a demanda pelo ZAP e não respondem. Pedi uma visita, marcaram, depois que eu cobrei a falta de retorno eles desmacaram e não tem data pra atender. Ja abri uma reclamação na Philco, pois eles são autorizados da marca.
 Terrible attendance. Employees attend like a dizzy cockroach, don't know what they are doing. Send us the demand for ZAP and do not respond. I asked for a visit, they made an appointment, after I covered the lack of return they blacked out and have no date to attend. I have already filed a complaint with Philco because they are authorized by the brand.
