Entretanto os garçons estão perdidos, 1 hora pra buscar uma água mineral, geralmente espero meu pedido e nesse meio tempo vejo pessoas pedir e ir embora, pela demora, o hamburguer do queijo bonito de stories nada mais é que uma mussarela derretida, não acrescenta em nada no lanche para que o preço seja tão alto. Fora isso amo o hamburguers de vocês, entretanto o gerente precisa acordar e saber empreender, não dá conta de atender? Fecha as portas.
 Really the best hamburger in Jacaraípe. However the waiters are lost, 1 hour to fetch a mineral water, I usually wait for my order and in the meantime I see people ordering and leaving, for the delay, the cute cheese burger from stories is nothing more than a melted mozzarella, does not add in nothing in the snack so the price is so high. Other than that I love your hamburgers, however the manager needs to wake up and know how to undertake, can't you handle it? Close the doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei 3 Hamburgues Gurmes , com 2 Blends cada , levei para viagem , as carnes eram tão queimadas que pareciam CARVÃO , eram os primeiros Sanduíches que meus pais iriam comer ! Ficamos muito decepcionados ! Foi uma vergonha , nunca mais entro nessa Hamburgueria !
I bought 3 Gurmes Burgers, with 2 Blends each, I took them to go, the meats were so burnt they looked like COAL, they were the first Sandwiches my parents would eat! We were very disappointed! It was a shame, I'll never go to that Hamburgueria again!

A primeira vez a carne sem sabor nenhum, hoje novamente, a carne muito mal passada e o suco muito, muito doce. Não consegui comer, paguei e fui embora. Observação: no dia solicitei correção do meu lanche mas fui informadq que "era assim mesmo". Não quis discutir por isso fui embora. A reação do responsável é sempre reagir negativamente, mas nunca uma proposta de melhorar a qualidade do produto.
Terrible! The service of the boys (waiters) is great, polite and helpful, but the snack leaves something to be desired. It's the second time I eat. The first time the meat had no flavor at all, today again the meat was very rare and the juice was very, very sweet. I couldn't eat, paid and left. Note: on the day I requested correction of my snack but was informed that "it was just like that". I didn't want to argue so I left. The responsible person's reaction is always to react negatively, but never a proposal to improve the quality of the product.
