★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para consertar a placa, deram problema na câmera frontal, arrumaram e depois me entregaram a câmera traseira com problema. Não te entregam nota, não respeitam prazo. Muito enrolados, total falta de respeito com o consumidor. Muito arrependimento de ter ido lá. Achei que era uma empresa séria, só fachada!
I went to fix the board, they gave me a problem with the front camera, they fixed it and then they gave me the rear camera with a problem. They don't give you a grade, they don't respect deadlines. Very tangled up, total lack of respect for the consumer. Very sorry to have gone there. I thought it was a serious company, just a front!

Me deu uma explicação estapafúrdia de que não era possível trocar a placa do meu aparelho. Vim com um monte de expectativa por que adoro esse aparelho e o cara foi horrível. Melhor ir na autorizada mesmo. Péssimo
Bad service. The attendant looked me up and down. It looked like he thought I had stolen the phone. He gave me a bizarre explanation that it was not possible to change the board on my device. I came with a lot of expectations because I love this device and the guy was horrible. Better go to the dealership. Terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e compromisso com o cliente. Paguei pelo serviço de troca de tela do aparelho e me entregaram o celular com uma tela com defeito e o problema voltou a acontecer após 30 dias. Até hoje nao deram solução para o caso. Me ignoram completamente, e só promessas.
Fujam daí!!
Terrible customer service and commitment. I paid for the device's screen replacement service and they gave me the cell phone with a defective screen and the problem happened again after 30 days. To this day, no solution has been given to the case. They completely ignore me, and only promises.
Run away from there!!
