Mas a entrega do serviço/carro pronto é demorada demais, pois eles começam a fazer as coisas em um carro e não terminam, depois vão pra um segundo carro, depois pra um terceiro e voltam pro primeiro. Não entrega nota fiscal e não dá garantia.
The workshop owner even has technical knowledge and experience. But the delivery of the service / car is too slow, because they start doing things in a car and do not finish, then go to a second car, then to a third and back to the first. No delivery invoice and no warranty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, o tínhamos como nosso mecânico, mas ele já havia falhado conosco uma vez e na segunda foi ainda pior, entregou o carro que íamos usar para viajar sem fazer o serviço completo e não falou nada, quando meu esposo perguntou o valor para fazer o pix ele falou por mensagem que não tinha feito o serviço pq não deu tempo, ficou todo o dia com corro e nem para avisar, me distratou para meu esposo quando reclamei, não sabe ser profissional.
Além de ter cobrado por um serviço que não fez (que foi a limpeza dos bicos) só ficamos sabendo pela outra oficina e o rapaz mostrou em vídeo para que pudéssemos enviar p ele, pedimos o ressarcimento que também não foi feito, depois ainda teve a cara de pau de dizer que fez, mas não manda o comprovante, nos extrato da conta não consta tanto no mês do serviço, quanto no mês seguinte, NÃO RECOMENDO! E o detalhe é que já fazíamos serviço com ele há bastante tempo, mas nos perdeu como clientes e outros mais que jamais iremos indicar, minha sogra também não indica pra ninguém então a perda dele é muito maior que a nossa. Até pq natal tem muitos mecânicos qualificados e honestos.

In addition to having charged for a service that he did not do (which was cleaning the nozzles) we only found out through the other workshop and the guy showed it on video so that we could send it to him, we asked for reimbursement that was also not done, then he still had the It's hard to say you did it, but you don't send the proof, the account statement doesn't appear so much in the month of service as in the following month, I DON'T RECOMMEND! And the detail is that we've been doing work with him for a long time, but he lost us as clients and more than we will ever recommend, my mother-in-law doesn't recommend it to anyone either, so his loss is much greater than ours. Even because Christmas has many qualified and honest mechanics.
