Fui indicada por um amigo e estou super satisfeita. Nunca fui em uma oficina onde fui tão bem atendida (E eu digo por toda a equipe). Logo na avaliação (onde iriam ver o que precisava ser feito) já me mostraram (colocaram o carro no elevador e me mostraram) todas as peças que deveriam ser trocadas, não é toda oficina que faz isso, então autorizei o serviço (que por sinal é um preço justo e ainda facilitam a forma de pagamento). Quando retornei para buscar o carro (que foi entregue dentro do prazo) me chamaram novamente e com o carro no elevador me mostraram as peças novas (no veículo) e tbm me devolveram as peças que foram retiradas. Todas as dúvidas que tive eles estiveram prontos a responder com total segurança no que diziam. Então só tenho a agradecer toda a equipe, que vcs continuem sempre assim. Deus abençoe vcs! E com certeza já virei cliente, todos os serviços serão feitos aí.

I was referred by a friend and I am very satisfied. I have never been to a workshop where I was so well attended (and I say by the whole team). Right in the evaluation (where they would see what needed to be done) they already showed me (they put the car in the elevator and showed me) all the parts that should be changed, not every workshop does that, so I authorized the service (which by the way is a fair price and still facilitate the payment method). When I returned to pick up the car (which was delivered on time) they called me again and with the car in the elevator they showed me the new parts (in the vehicle) and also returned the parts that were removed. All the doubts I had they were ready to answer with total confidence in what they said. So I just have to thank the whole team, that you guys always stay like this. God bless you! And I will certainly become a client, all services will be done there.

O atendimento é de excelência, cativa qualquer pessoa, a seriedade no atendimento e clareza são sem igual. Ao entregar o veículo explicam com detalhes tudo o que foi feito, mostram as peças trocadas e como garantia do excelente trabalho devolvem as peças antigas. Mesmo aqueles que não tem tanta maldade em manutenção de um carro podem deixar o carro com tranquilidade de um trabalho bem feito e extremamente honesto. Não nada a reclamar, apenas a agradecer o atendimento impecável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São desonestos! Levei meu carro pra alinhar, cobraram 640,00 para fazer cambagem e caster, além de falar que as rodas estavam empenadas. Levei para meu mecânico que me mostrou que não precisava fazer nenhum serviço. Aproveitam de mulher pra ganhar dinheiro! ABSURDO!
They are dishonest! I took my car to align, they charged 640.00 to do camber and caster, in addition to saying that the wheels were bent. I took it to my mechanic who showed me that I didn't need to do any work. They take advantage of women to earn money! ABSURD!
