★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demoram demais a concluir o serviço. Na retirada constatou-se diversas falhas na pintura e respingos de tinta em vários lugares que não deveriam ser pintados. O serviço será refeito. Até segunda ordem, deixa muito a desejar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após o primeiro serviço mal feito, retornei para que fosse refeito. Não adiantou muito. O carro ficou mais 1 semana na oficina e saiu praticamente da mesma forma que entrou. Pintura péssima, respingos e tinta escorrida pra todo lado. Foi registrado boletim de ocorrência em delegacia de polícia sobre o serviço mal feito. O carro foi levado ao Instituto Renato Chaves para realização de perícia técnica e constataram-se os reparos necessários devido aos serviços péssimos executados. Muito me espanta uma corretora do porte da BB Seguros trabalhar com está oficina.
After the first job badly done, I returned to have it redone. It didn't do much good. The car stayed another week in the workshop and left practically the same way it entered it. Bad paint, splatters and paint running everywhere. An incident report was registered at the police station about the poorly done service. The car was taken to the Renato Chaves Institute to carry out a technical inspection and the necessary repairs were found due to the terrible services performed. It amazes me that a broker the size of BB Seguros works with this workshop.
