Levei meu carro, um FORD Fiesta Sedan 2008, que estava com um barulho parecido com serrilhado no motor. Ele analisou o veículo e rapidamente o problema foi identificado (bomba d'água do motor necessitava ser substituída) e tratado (pediu que a peça fosse trazida da loja de autopeças São Lucas imediatamente).
Já havia levado o veículo em outra oficina bem conhecida no Bairro Parque Aeroporto (oficina que sempre levava meu carro), e o mecânico mal olhou o carro e falou que o motor havia batido e me cobrou um valor absurdo para resolver. Eu desconfiei que não era isto, pois era apenas um pequeno barunho e nenhum sensor havia armado no carro. A oficina do Aeroporto perdeu a credibilidade comigo e a oficina Lobo de Macaé ganhou mais um cliente.
Excellent service from Mr. Edson Lobo and employees. Very polite and friendly. He proved to be an honest professional in the evaluation, diagnosis of the problem and especially in the cost of the service. In fact, the evaluations made here are consistent with reality.
I took my car, a FORD Fiesta Sedan 2008, which had a knurled noise in the engine. He analyzed the vehicle and the problem was quickly identified (the engine water pump needed to be replaced) and treated (he asked for the part to be brought from the São Lucas auto parts store immediately).
I had already taken the vehicle to another well-known workshop in Bairro Parque Aeroporto (a workshop that always took my car), and the mechanic barely looked at the car and said that the engine had crashed and charged me an absurd amount to resolve. I suspected that this was not the case, as it was just a small noise and no sensors had been set up in the car. The Airport workshop lost credibility with me and the Lobo de Macaé workshop gained another customer.
