E diferente de outras oficinas, obtive um atendimento rápido e na última vez superou minhas expectativas pois necessitava de reparo na parte hidráulica e foi feito no mesmo dia! Recomendo muito!!!!

I informed that the other day I would work at 17:00 hours. That I needed to get the car early.
They agreed to deliver the car at 3:00 pm the other day.
On the morning of the day I would pick up the car, I asked for the bank details to make the transfer and asked, just to confirm, the amount. They informed me 914 reais.
So I questioned the reason for the change.
They told me that a new service had appeared.
In the conversation, it was clear, according to the company, that the new service was necessary for the execution of a previous service.
This new service was an alignment. 70 reais according to the store.

Não aceitei o novo valor. Não gostei do atendimento após a minha explanação da insatisfação.
Argumentei que eles deveriam ter me informado o valor correto anteriormente.
Responderam que em "carro é assim mesmo" os problemas vão aparecendo.
Não voltei atrás, já que havia planejado minhas finanças a partir do valor combinado.
Como forma de descontar informaram que o carro ficaria pronto apenas às 18:00.
Questionei que haviam combinado às 15:00. Disseram que não tinha como.
Depois mandaram uma mensagem via wpp mudando novamente o horário para as 15:00.
Não volto e nem recomendo.
Oficina CARA e atendimento desproporcional ao preço.

Depois decidi levar o carro para a auto mecânica Prado e para a minha surpresa, os problemas não tinham sido resolvidos pelo "mecânico de confiança", estava tudo remendado e feito com gambiarras. A equipe da auto mecânica olhou tudo minuciosamente e tiveram muito trabalho para solucionar tudo, mas o carro ficou impecável. Depois disso, todos os reparos que tive de fazer realizei com eles. The auto mechanics team looked at everything thoroughly and had a lot of work to solve everything, but the car was impeccable. After that, all the repairs I had to do I did with them.
