A minha se desfez com a Bela Vista quando especifiquei o óleo que gostaria que fosse utilizado, ele deu um OK e disse que colocaria desse óleo. Cheguei na oficina para buscar o carro no momento em que o mecânico estava colocando o óleo que ele usa no estoque, bastante inferior ao que eu havia especificado. Não é nem questão de ter problema ou não, é questão de confiança. Não volto mais lá.
In my opinion, a relationship of trust is the most important aspect between a machine shop and the customer. Mine fell apart with Bela Vista when I specified the oil I would like to be used, he gave an OK and said he would put that oil. I arrived at the repair shop to pick up the car at the time the mechanic was putting the oil he uses in stock, which is much lower than what I had specified. It is neither a question of having a problem or not, it is a matter of trust. I'm not going back there.
