Assim, faço questão de deixar registrado que considero o Elias da cidade de TAPIRAÍ/SP, atencioso e um excelente Profissional, tem um profundo conhecimento técnico, transmite confiança e é extremamente honesto e cuidadoso, o que é difícil de se encontrar num mecânico, é muito diferente do que existe por aí, embora existam outros. Eu fui atendido por ele quando viajava de Iguape a Sorocaba no sábado do dia 12/06/2021, quando deu problema no meu carro Focus Sedan Automático 2.0. Várias pessoas não recomendaram por ser novo. Fui atendido por um outro que resolveu parte do problema, porém disse que eu teria que guinchar meu carro de volta pra Iguape, o que seria inviável pelo Custo muito alto após contactado o guincho, e acabei dormindo no hotel em Tapiraí. No domingo pela manhã tive a felicidade de falar com o Elias porque nenhum outro queria atender, e ele atendeu-me prontamente num domingo. Ele fêz os testes no carro e na estrada e disse que eu poderia voltar para minha cidade devagar e sempre olhar no painel para não deixar esquentar o motor. Perguntei quanto era o serviço, ele apenas disse que não era nada porque simplesmente não fez nada nem trocou peças. Mas o simples fato dele fazer todos os testes no motor e com o carro na estrada comigo, já foi um excelente serviço, transmitiu segurança dizendo que eu poderia voltar e me deu uma relação de peças para trocar. Assim mesmo eu não tinha muito dinheiro que já tinha gasto em outras coisas, eu "paguei uns trocados a ele". EU RECOMENDO O ELIAS MECÂNICO EM TAPIRAÍ, por tudo que mencionei no início, pela sua atenção, dedicação, educação, por atender prontamente num domingo que poderia estar com a família pela manhã, e principalmente pela sua HONESTIDADE. So, I make a point of recording that I consider Elias from the city of TAPIRAÍ/SP, attentive and an excellent professional, has a deep technical knowledge, transmits confidence and is extremely honest and careful, which is difficult to find in a mechanic, it is very different from what exists out there, although there are others. I was attended by him when I was traveling from Iguape to Sorocaba on Saturday of 06/12/2021, when my car Focus Sedan Automático 2.0 had a problem. Several people did not recommend it for being new. I was attended by another one who solved part of the problem, but said that I would have to tow my car back to Iguape, which would be unfeasible due to the very high cost after contacting the tow truck, and I ended up sleeping at the hotel in Tapiraí. On Sunday morning I was happy to speak with Elias because no one else wanted to answer, and he answered me promptly on a Sunday. He did the tests in the car and on the road and said I could go back to my city slowly and always look on the dashboard so I wouldn't let the engine overheat. I asked how much was the job, he just said it was nothing because he simply didn't do anything or exchange parts. But the simple fact that he did all the tests on the engine and with the car on the road with me, was already an excellent service, conveyed security saying that I could come back and gave me a list of parts to replace. Even so I didn't have a lot of money that I had already spent on other things, I "paid him some change". I RECOMMEND THE MECHANICAL ELIAS IN TAPIRAÍ, for everything I mentioned at the beginning, for his attention, dedication, education, for promptly attending on a Sunday that he could be with his family in the morning, and especially for his HONESTY.
