Esse rapaz não me conhecia, não sou cliente da loja, porém, estava com meu carro próximo à oficina dele quando precisei de um socorro, precisei de alguém p/ fazer uma “chupeta”, pois a bateria do meu carro não funcionava. Liguei para o número da oficina, expliquei a situação e ele prontamente me atendeu e me ajudou. E mais, não cobrou absolutamente nada. Deixo aqui minha gratidão pelo ocorrido de hoje. Muito obrigada.
I want to leave here my acknowledgment. This guy didn't know me, I'm not a customer of the store, however, I had my car near his workshop when I needed help, I needed someone to make a "pacifier", because my car battery didn't work. I called the workshop number, explained the situation and he promptly answered and helped me. What's more, they charge absolutely nothing. I leave here my gratitude for what happened today.
