★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Procurei uma oficina especializado em motor Diesel em 28/03/2022 por ter um veículo XTerra foram trocados várias peças e inserido correto todas as peças só serviço de solda sem acabamento mas o que me deixou triste descepciinado foi que pedi para que fizesse uma revisão para viajar com minha família porém o carro tinha freio quando entreguei foi entregue sem freio e o mecânico alegou que com o tempo o freio voltaria e o freio deaos não estava segurando o carro pedi que fizesse o reparoas não fez e disse que era por conta das lonas novas então tenho um carro sem freio e foi cobrado pelo desserviço solicitei nota fiscal 700,00 mão de obra até o momento não me entregou fui na oficina dia 29/04/22 solicitei a nota e não foi entregue mais uma vez também solicitei notas das peças trocadas que ficaram em um total peças 3.400,00 também não foi
entregue até o momento hoje 01/05/2022
O carro ficou mais de um mês para ser concluído a revisão sem freio não conseguiu corrigir freio de mão também.nao não fez descarbonização
I looked for a workshop specializing in Diesel engine on 03/28/2022 because I have an XTerra vehicle, several parts were changed and all the parts were correctly inserted, only unfinished welding service but what made me sad and disappointed was that I asked him to do a review to traveling with my family but the car had brakes when I delivered it was delivered without brakes and the mechanic claimed that with time the brakes would come back and the brakes were not holding the car I asked him to do the repairs but he did not and said it was because of the linings new so I have a car without a brake and I was charged for the disservice I requested an invoice for 700.00 labor so far it has not been delivered to me I went to the workshop on 04/29/22 I requested the invoice and it was not delivered once again I also requested invoices from the exchanged parts that remained in a total of 3,400.00 pieces was also not
delivered to date today 01/05/2022
The car took more than a month to complete the inspection without brakes, it was not able to fix the handbrake either.
