★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico essa empresa a ninguém, comprei um carro onde a antiga proprietária havia feito um reparo na direção em dezembro 2021, aconteceu que o carro deu novamente o mesmo defeito fomos olhar e o serviço estava na garantia, procurei o dono da empresa e responsável pelo serviço chamado LEANDRO o mesmo já de antemão pelo telefone já procurou um monte de defeitos para se esquivar de arcar com o serviço de garantia, tive que deslocar de bh ate oficina, até ai tudo bem, depois de ter olhado o carro superficialmente o Leandro veio com um desculpa de alguém havia mexido no setor de direção do carro e havia trocado um lado do setor, depois veio dizendo que o fornecedor não aceitaria a troca da peça, fiquei indignada pois eu não havia feito nenhum reparo no carro ainda estava com ele a menos de 15 dias e a antiga dona me disse que só mexia na oficina dele, acabou que tive que pagar novamente pra reparar em outro local especialista em direção, no fim das contas o Leandro se mostrou totalmente intransigente em momento nenhum disse que faria o reparo ja que o serviço estava na garantia, não teve a menor empatia em tentar resolver ficou se esquivando a todo custo ja que o carro havia sido vendido ele encontrou a desculpa perfeita, o profissional que fez o reparo do carro me garantiu que o serviço foi mal feito por isso tive que fazer um reparo na caixa de direção também, péssimo profissionalismo, péssimo atendimento falta de empatia e de responsabilidade com o consumidor.
