 My car, a 1.6-pole, had a gearbox problem. I went to Prevent and was surprised: professionalism, I was very well attended, the price charged was fair, and the main thing: the service was done with extreme quality.
I indicate to all. I left the workshop very pleased.

Grade 10, location, service, confidence to know that they work at fair value, I indicate because I have been a customer for 5 years and I have never seen a better workshop than the preventive one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o serviço de troca de correias e bomba d´agua no Jeep Renegade Diesel. O serviço foi feito dentro do prazo prometido, inclusive foi entregue logo no início do segundo dia, quando eu esperava retirar ele somente no final do dia. Ele também conseguiu tirar um alerta de troca de óleo do meu painel com o scanner, coisa que eu já tinha tentado com vários outros scanners, mas não tinha conseguido. Em uma versão anterior do meu comentário eu havia comentado sobre a nota fiscal da bomba que não havia sido entregue, mas o documento foi enviado.
Como disse e reforço, sem dúvidas voltarei para fazer uma nova revisão nos próximos meses com vocês e tambem vou recomendar a oficina para outros colegas proprietarios de Jeep.

I did the belt and water pump change service on the Jeep Renegade Diesel. The service was done within the promised time, it was even delivered at the beginning of the second day, when I expected to remove it only at the end of the day. He also managed to get an oil change alert off my dashboard with the scanner, which I had tried with several other scanners, but had failed. In an earlier version of my comment I had commented on the invoice for the bomb that had not been delivered, but the document was sent.
As I said and reinforced, I will undoubtedly be back to do a new review in the coming months with you and I will also recommend the workshop to other fellow Jeep owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prestem sempre atenção nas trocas de peças, não levem lá de primeira, pesquisem em outra oficina, não foram honestos comigo, eles cobraram três vezes mais do que uma oficina de confiança.
Always pay attention to parts exchanges, don't take them there at first, research them in another workshop, they weren't honest with me, they charged three times more than a trusted workshop.
