★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro está lá há 20 dias. Carro com 3 meses de uso. Eles deixam seu carro exposto na rua. Sol e chuva. Com as peças dentro. Esta podre dentro, de poeira, e resto de pintura , um carro praticamente zero. Eles não atendem o telefone. E as peças q eles dizem q estão aguardando do seguro não bate com as que o seguro fala q falta mandar. Estou decepcionada ! Não recomendo!
My car has been there for 20 days. Car with 3 months of use. They leave their car exposed on the street. Sun and rain. With the parts inside. It is rotten inside, of dust, and the rest of paint, a car practically zero. They don't answer the phone. And the pieces they say they are waiting for from insurance do not match the ones that insurance says they need to send. I am disappointed ! I do not recommend!

At least in my case, several delivery deadlines were stipulated, and none were met, I use the car for work and I suffered a lot from it!

Fui indicado pela seguradora, fizeram o serviço mal feito, e meu carro ainda veio faltando peças.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível. Estipularam 3 prazos, nenhum cumprido. Fui a mesma, meu carro apesar de montado, está podre, com chave jogada no teto, uma chave automática que não pode estar do jeito que está. Dizem que é a seguradora, que comprou a peça errada 3 vezes, sempre é isso, jogam pra lá, jogam pra cá, e nada se resolve. Meu carro está lá desde o dia 29/09 e até agora nada pra nada. Não indico a oficina, muito menos a seguradora Liberty, TERRÍVEIS com o cliente.
Terrible. They stipulated 3 deadlines, none met. I was the same, my car, although assembled, is rotten, with a key thrown on the roof, an automatic key that cannot be the way it is. They say it's the insurance company that bought the wrong part 3 times, that's always it, throw it over there, throw it over here, and nothing gets resolved. My car has been there since 9/29 and so far nothing for nothing. I do not recommend the workshop, much less the insurance company Liberty, TERRIBLE with the customer.
