Fiquei com meu carro pessoal uns 3 meses na oficina, isso porque eu cobrava diariamente... e ainda fiquei na estrada, logo após um servico de motor feito por eles, tive que ser rebocado. Após isso o carro voltou para eles, e assumiram que não sabiam mexer no meu carro e pediram que eu buscasse outra oficina, e eles pagariam o serviço. Aí veio a dor de cabeça, na hora de pagar... Eles fugiram igual o Diabo foge da cruz...E ainda ficaram me devendo, se negaram a pagar algumas peças que tive que comprar novamente. Pensei seriamente em processá-los, mas são tão infames e amadores, que simplesmente desisti, é o tipo de estabelecimento que não tem visão de crescimento, que se contentam com a estagnação. E olhe como perderam comigo, o problema maior, não foi o erro operacional, que já foi grave, mas sim, a tratativa que deram à minha situação, a falta de caráter na resolução. E olhe que eu trabalhava numa empresa que tinha 6 carros que eles poderiam cuidar, mas pensam tão pequeno, que preferiram me tratar mal, e sem saber já perderam essa frota que poderiam cuidar. Enfim para serviços grosseiros, eles servem, porém, para serviços minunciosos, fujam dessa oficina.
Terrible experience, would not recommend. I stayed with my car for 3 months in the garage, because I was charging daily ... and I was still on the road, soon after an engine service done by them, I had to be towed. After that the car came back to them, and they assumed they could not move my car and asked me to look for another shop, and they would pay for the service. Then came the headache, at the time of paying ... They fled just as the Devil flees from the cross ... And still owed me, if they refused to pay some parts I had to buy again. I seriously thought of prosecuting them, but they are so infamous and amateurish, that I simply gave up, it's the kind of establishment that has no vision for growth, which is content with stagnation. And look how they lost with me, the biggest problem, was not the operational error, which was already serious, but the treatment they gave to my situation, the lack of character in the resolution. And look that I worked in a company that had 6 cars that they could care for, but they think so small that they preferred to treat me badly, and without knowing they already lost that fleet they could care for. Anyway for rough services, they serve, however, for minunciosos services, flee from that workshop.
