â â â â â Atendimento temeroso. Levei meu carro lĂĄ para correção de dois problemas, gastei um dia inteiro. Encontraram e cobraram um terceiro problema e ficaram de me encaminhar um orçamento dos problemas que reclamei. No final, as poucas vezes que me responderam no whatsapp disseram que nĂŁo avaliaram um dos problemas (!!!) e nem lembravam qual era o outro. Nunca me passaram o tal do orçamento. Nem preciso dizer que com esse comprometimento todo nem tenho mais coragem de deixar meu carro nesse lugar.
 Awesome service. I took my car there to fix two problems, it took me a whole day. They found and charged a third problem and were required to send me a budget for the problems I complained about. In the end, the few times they answered me on whatsapp they said they didn't assess one of the problems (!!!) and didn't even remember which one was the other. I was never given the budget. Needless to say, with all this commitment, I don't even have the courage to leave my car in this place anymore.

â â â â â Atendimento agendado e atendimento conforme agenda, fui troca a correia dentada de um C4 Hatch 2010 Aut. Serviço foi realizado rapidamente sem novidade, verificaram coisas como luzes e outros detalhes do carro. Foi feita tambĂŠm a troca de Ăłleo e coxim do motor. Local amplo e limpo.

â â â â â JĂĄ avaliei antes mas estou avaliando novamente para a referĂŞncia de telefone. Muito atenciosos, fiz meu motor sĂł 206 com eles, ficou impecĂĄvel. Tive semanas depois um alagamento que deu calço e o reparo deles ficou impecĂĄvel de novo. Melhor oficina pra peugeot.
I've rated it before but I'm reviewing it again for the phone reference. Very attentive, I made my engine only 206 with them, it was impeccable. Weeks later, I had a flood that caused a wedge and their repair was impeccable again. Best workshop for peugeot.

â â â â â Cara pra um atendimento mediano, nĂŁo me mostraram o serviço realizado, sĂł me entregaram o orçamento pro pagamento. Enquanto os funcionĂĄrios estavam sentados no escritĂłrio, nenhum estava ao telefone, inclusive o gerente, ou seja, poderiam ter ido me mostrar o carro ou pelo menos pedido pra eu esperar um pouco pra alguĂŠm poder me acompanhar. Sendo que jĂĄ presenciei outros atendimentos onde fazem questĂŁo de apresentar tudo o que foi realizado no veĂculo. Posso nĂŁo ser a maior entendedora de carros, mas faço questĂŁo de ver o serviço realizado, pois afinal estou pagando algo com valor acima da mĂŠdia Campineira e o mĂnimo seria me entregar o carro apresentando todas as mudanças feitas no serviço adquirido. Enfim, decepcionada com o atendimento.
Expensive for an average service, they didn't show me the service performed, they just gave me the budget for payment. While the employees were sitting in the office, none of them was on the phone, including the manager, that is, they could have shown me the car or at least asked me to wait a while so someone could accompany me. Since I have already witnessed other calls where they insist on presenting everything that was carried out in the vehicle. I may not be the biggest connoisseur of cars, but I make a point of seeing the service performed, because after all I'm paying something above average in Campineira and the minimum would be to deliver the car to me showing all the changes made in the service purchased. All in all, disappointed with the service.

â â â â â Depois de passar por vĂĄrias oficinas e mecânicos experientes, sem sucesso, desde outubro de 2021, o meu peugeot 207 finalmente ressuscitou. EstĂĄ confirmado: quem sabe, sabe. Obrigado Fernanda pela Ăłtima receptividade e paciĂŞncia de ouvir toda a saga do meu querido "bombinha", que agora estĂĄ Ăłtimo. Certamente ganharam um cliente. Recomendo com louvor.
After going through several workshops and experienced mechanics, without success, since October 2021, my peugeot 207 has finally been resurrected. It is confirmed: who knows, knows.
