★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro na Safira, por indicação do seguro HDI, e não fizeram o serviço bem feito na parte dianteira direita. Levei pra reparar e não resolveram de novo o problema. Na terceira tentativa, depois de insistência deles, buscaram o carro comigo e refizeram o serviço. Ficou bom. Entretanto, me devolveram o veículo com sinais de batida na parte traseira esquerda. Quebrou a lanterna e o para choque ficou com a tinta ralada. Entrei em contato, segundo eles não houve nada na oficina de errado. Na câmera do meu prévio não foi constatado nada de errado, nenhum incidente após a devolução. Não tenho como comprovar onde foi, o fato é que o carro foi de um jeito e voltou de outro. Eu não recomendo esta oficina e não levo meu carro lá nunca mais.
I took my car to Sapphira, as indicated by HDI insurance, and they didn't do the job well on the right front. I took it to repair and they didn't solve the problem again. On the third attempt, after their insistence, they took the car with me and did the job again. It was good. However, the vehicle was returned to me with crash signals on the left rear. He broke the flashlight and the bumper had grated paint. I got in touch, according to them there was nothing wrong in the workshop. In the camera of my previous one, nothing was found wrong, no incident after the return. I can't prove where it went, the fact is that the car went one way and came back another way. I do not recommend this garage and I will never take my car there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, carro mal pintado voltei 2 vezes na época, quebraram farol de milha e ficaram calados, fiz o dono da oficina pagar tudo, colocaram emblema paralelo no carro serviço porco, nunca mais voltei.
Bad experience, poorly painted car I went back 2 times at the time, they broke mile headlights and were silent, I made the owner of the workshop pay for everything, they put a parallel emblem on the pig service car, I never came back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia a oficina que é uma credenciada da HDI Seguros. Fiquei positivamente surpreendido com a atenção dos funcionários e a agilidade nas respostas. Junia e Hudson são nota 10!!! Problema foi resolvido mais rápido do que eu esperava.
I didn't know the workshop that is accredited by HDI Seguros. I was positively surprised by the attentiveness of the staff and the quick response. Junia and Hudson are a 10!!! Problem was resolved faster than I expected.

Deixei meu carro lá onde a seguradora arcou com todo custo porém não foi um serviço bem feito motor do meu carro ficou super sujo de tinta e um pó branco q não sei o q e, também parafusos mau apertado capo mau regulado borracha do retrovisor faltando, pequenos arranhões no porta malas causado pela oficina local mau organizado e sujo, desde o escritório e uma parte superior do escritório onde faz pagamento sujo e bagunçado, estufa onde fica os carros pintados Tambem mau conservada excesso de serviço e pressa dos funcionários para ganhar o dinheiro do cliente, Também pedi para pintar as rodas do meu carro de preto e o serviço ficou um lixo pode ser q já foi Boa um dia mais hj serviço de 5 estrelas esta muito longe sem lembrar q estava com uma lâmpada do farol q não estava funcionando nunca mais volto a esse local e também não indico. Ressaltando q funcionários mau educados sem treinamento e sem conhecimento espero q as segurados também veja as reclamações para não indicar seus clientes a essa unidade um bom negócio só dura se for diferenciado e praticar serviço honesto de qualidade o q eu não vi nesse local . Só lembrando postei agora pois trabalho o dia todo e sempre esquecia. de avaliar mais não ia deixar passar batido

I left my car there where the insurance company paid for it at all costs but it was not a good service my car's engine was super dirty with paint and a white powder that I don't know what, also screws bad tight capo bad regulated rear view rubber missing, small scratches in the trunk caused by the local workshop poorly organized and dirty, from the office and an upper part of the office where payment is dirty and messy, greenhouse where the painted cars are Also poorly maintained excessive service and staff rush to earn the customer's money , I also asked to paint the wheels of my car black and the service was rubbish it may have been good one day but today 5 star service is too far away without remembering that I had a headlight bulb that was never working again I come back to this place and I don't recommend it either. Emphasizing that uneducated employees without training and without knowledge I hope that the insured also see the complaints so as not to refer their customers to this unit a good deal only lasts if it is differentiated and honest quality service is practiced which I have not seen in this place. Just remembering I posted it now because I work all day and always forgot. to evaluate more I would not miss it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro foi deixado pelo guincho na oficina no dia 05/11/2021. Ocorre que 25 dias depois, ainda não haviam me dado um diagnóstico ou orçamento - liguei cobrando, pediram mais prazo para avaliar.
Me passaram um orçamento no dia 07/12/2021, ou seja, 31 dias após pegarem o carro! Disseram que teriam que realizar um recondicionamento do motor, em razão de superaquecimento que havia danificado pistões e outras peças - o valor do reparo ficaria em R$11.314,15. Autorizei o reparo e adiantei R$5.000,00.
O carro ficou pronto, fiz a retirada no dia 14/01/22, e paguei o saldo a vista.
Ocorre que 21 dias depois o carro apresentou o defeito novamente. Seria necessário levar o carro à oficina. Entreguei em contato para que eles mandassem um guincho. Depois de 02 dias eles me deram retorno afirmando que eu deveria solicitar o reboque por minha conta e, caso o dano apresentado fosse por conta do serviço prestado, eles me fariam o reembolso!
No dia 10/02/22 o carro chegava à oficina pela segunda vez. Levaram mais 41 dias para reparar o veículo, que foi entregue no dia 12/04/21. Não me cobraram nada pelo conserto, mas também não me ressarciram o valor que eu paguei ao guincho - R$600,00. Já cobrei várias vezes, mas eles apenas enrolam.
Nunca mais levo meu carro lá.
My car was left by the tow truck at the workshop on 11/05/2021. It turns out that 25 days later, they still hadn't given me a diagnosis or budget - I called charging, they asked for more time to evaluate.
They gave me a quote on 12/07/2021, that is, 31 days after picking up the car! They said they would have to perform a reconditioning of the engine, due to overheating that had damaged pistons and other parts - the repair value would be R$11,314.15. I authorized the repair and advanced R$5,000.00.
The car was ready, I picked it up on 1/14/22, and paid the balance in cash.
It happens that 21 days later the car had the defect again. It would be necessary to take the car to the workshop. I contacted them so they could send a tow truck. After 2 days they got back to me saying that I should request the towing on my own and, if the damage presented was due to the service provided, they would refund me!
On 02/10/22 the car arrived at the workshop for the second time. It took another 41 days to repair the vehicle, which was delivered on 04/12/21. They didn't charge me anything for the repair, but they also didn't reimburse me the amount I paid to the winch - R$600.00. I've charged several times, but they just roll.
I never take my car there again.
