★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro no ford KA 2015 nessa oficina com a luz da injeção acesa ao chegar lá condenar a vela e cabo de vela mandei fazer o serviço após serviço feito o carro voltou a acender a luz da injeção levei lá novamente eles falaram que seria o combustível que eu tinha colocado aí passar o scanner a luz apagou fui para com o carro para casa chegando em casa a luz do carro acendeu novamente levei novamente na oficina ele falaram que era serviço elétrico a parte eletrônica do carro me indicaram mecânico em João pessoa peguei o carro e vem outra oficina cara de cara com dois cabos de velas que eles tinham trocado retorna na oficina com carro eles se negaram a trocar o cabo de vela falaram que tinha colocado o cabo correto e o cabo que tava na no caso seria errado me cobrando novamente r$ 135 pelo cabo de vela conclusão mandei trocar os cabos da vela do carro ficou bom então me trataram com descaso não recomenda-se oficina eles não são nada profissional
I took my car in the ford KA 2015 in this workshop with the injection light on when I got there I ordered the spark plug and spark plug cable I had the service done after the service was done the car turned on the injection light again I took it there again they said it would be the fuel I had put it there, pass the scanner the light went out I drove the car home arriving home the car light came on again I took it back to the workshop they said it was electrical service the electronic part of the car they told me a mechanic in João person I took the car and come another workshop guy with two spark plug cables that they had exchanged return to the workshop with car they refused to change the spark plug cable they said they had put the correct cable and the cable that was in the case would be wrong by charging me again r$ 135 for the spark plug wire conclusion i had the spark plug wires changed on the car it was fine so they treated me with indifference no workshop recommended they are unprofessional
