Minha mãe tenta a exatos dois anos que ela envie sua certidão de nascimento para ela renovar o RG e sempre são as mesmas desculpas: estão esperando um selo, o correio está fechado, enviei, vou enviar, o endereço foi colocado errado e por aí vai. Já pagamos há dois anos atrás a taxa para a nova certidão e o envio pelo correio e nada. Um descaso.
This Registry Office and the person in charge are a real joke. My mother has been trying for exactly two years for her to send her birth certificate so that she can renew her ID and it's always the same excuses: they're waiting for a stamp, the mail is closed, I sent it, I'll send it, the address was entered wrong and so on . We already paid the fee for the new certificate and mailing it two years ago and nothing. A neglect.
