★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é relativamente bom, a estrutura é ruim, não tem nenhum conforto para o público, que fica praticamente um em cima do outro, o que vale é a presteza com que os rapazes se esforçam pelo bom desempenho. Precisa melhorar muito!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas razoável. O funcionário atende um cidadão, depois vira as costas pra fila, vai conversar ao celular... e a fila? Depois ele sai para os fundos e ninguém da continuidade ao atendimento! Está certo isso???!!!???
Just reasonable. The employee attends a citizen, then turns his back on the queue, goes to talk on his cell phone... what about the queue? Then he goes out to the back and no one continues to attend! Is this right???!!!???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento deste cartório é excelente, fica localizado ao lado posto de gasolina Nagai, a única coisa ruim .... É que o local está ficando pequeno pela quantidade de movimento que há no local, na sexta feira é o pior dia para ir, pois é o dia que o cartório realiza casamento. Mas o pessoal é muito atencioso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vou mentir, a fila está sempre extensa, mas os atendentes estão sempre em movimento, fazendo o melhor para atender bem as pessoas que comparecem lá presencialmente.
Acho que o local é mal coordenado, não suportando a demanda de pessoas e pedidos. O cartório aceita pagamento em dinheiro, cartão de débito e PIX.
[EDITANDO] Eles possuem whatsapp e e-mail para tirar dúvidas e fazer um pré-atendimento a distância, mas a resposta é sempre demorada e o atendimento é porco. Fiquei com a forte sensação de que estavam fazendo "pouco caso" com as minhas dúvidas e interesses. Ou seja, eles possuem uma ferramenta que é totalmente mal utilizada.

[EDITING] They have whatsapp and e-mail to clear up doubts and make a remote pre-service, but the response is always slow and the service is pig. I had the strong feeling that they were making "little concern" with my doubts and interests. That is, they have a tool that is totally misused.
