★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou dias para me atender via telefone, e quando atenderam, poderiam ter sido mais bem educados. Acredito que seja a falta de funcionários disponível no local. Bom serem o único cartório de Registro de pessoas, com esse atendimento não durariam muito se houvesse concorrência.
It took days to answer me by phone, and when they did, they could have been better educated. I believe it is the lack of staff available on the spot. Good to be the only registry office for people, with this service they would not last long if there was competition.
