I've been trying to call for days, but the phone just keeps busy, or rings until it drops. Does anyone know an email from the registry office to try other ways of contacting?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Não atendem telefone (tentei ligar inúmeras vezes) e, quando entramos em contato presencialmente, a informação dada é sempre desencontrada. Pouca atenciosidade e grande descaso pelo usuário do serviço.
Agendam horário (depois de muita dificuldade) e te deixam esperando por horas!
Terrible attendance. They don't answer the phone (I've tried calling numerous times) and, when we contact them in person, the information given is always mismatched. Little attention and great disregard for the service user.
They schedule an appointment (after a lot of difficulty) and keep you waiting for hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de meses tentando contato com esse cartório, me responderam. Eu paguei pela certidão e sedex. E não me responderam mais e nem me enviaram a certidão. Vou ter de entrar na justiça por FURTO.
After months of trying to contact this office, they answered me. I paid for the certificate and sedex. And they didn't answer me anymore and didn't even send me the certificate. I'm going to have to go to court for THEFT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior possível, já quase um mês ligando chama e ninguém atende ou só da ocupado. Email também até hoje não já mandei vários e também não me responderam. Moro em São Paulo e preciso de um documento que está nesse cartório. Já não sei mais como entrar em contato.
The worst possible, it's been almost a month calling and no one answers or it's just busy. Also, until today I have not sent several emails and they have not responded to me either. I live in São Paulo and I need a document that is in this registry office. I don't know how to get in touch anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento presencial foi muito bom, porém como eu precisava de uma certidão de inteiro teor, a funcionária Fabiana, me explicou não poderia emitir na hora e que me enviaria pelo correio. Paguei por pix no mesmo instante, enviei o comprovante por email e a certidão não chegou até hoje, 35 dias depois. Dia 6 de abril, após eu enviar email questionando o atraso,foi me respondido que a certidão seria emitida no dia seguinte.
The face-to-face service was very good, but as I needed a complete certificate, the employee Fabiana explained to me that she could not issue it on time and that she would send it to me by mail. I paid by pix at the same time, I sent the receipt by email and the certificate did not arrive until today, 35 days later. On April 6th, after I sent an email asking about the delay, I was told that the certificate would be issued the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Estou a duas semanas tentando falar nesse cartório, pelo número informado na página do Google e o mesmo informado pelo 2° cartório, e ninguém. Até de ou a linha fica no mudo. Uma falta de respeito com o cliente. A fama desse cartorio de não atender ao telefone é antiga. Moro em outra cidade, bem longe de São João e não consigo a documentação para dupla cidadania. Me ajudem por favor .
