★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O PIOR cartorio do Brasil. Todos que estiverem lendo isso façam uma reclamação do CNJ e na Ouvidoria para trocar o responsável por este cartorio. Pois ela não é dona do cartório, o cartorio é PUBLICO, e se a população de Monte Mor se UNIR e reclamar eles perdem e trocam o Tabelião. Pois é um ABSURDO a falta de profissionalismo deste cartório. A demora no atendimento, demora no envio das documentações online pedidos pela ARISP e pelo site REGISTRADORES. Onde o prazo de envio é de 2hs, e eles demoram 30hs somente depois que cobramos pessoalmente. E o telefone fora do gancho então?! Só pra não atender a população. Isso é uma falta de respeito e ele Tabelião deve ser AFASTADO e perder o Cartório. Tira esta pessoa aí e coloca quem quer trabalhar. Pois no momento só tem desocupado ai...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Horrivel, as recepcionistas são mal treinadas, não sabem de quase nada. O prazo pra olharem um documento é 15 dias, depois dão mais 15 pra olhar a nota de exigencia e assim vão protelando os prazos. Um cartorio com um serviço mal prestado como esse nem deveria funcionar.
Horrible service, receptionists are poorly trained, they know almost nothing. The deadline to look at a document is 15 days, then they give another 15 days to look at the requirement note and so the deadlines are postponed. A notary with a poorly provided service like this shouldn't even work.
