A pessoa que responde o WhatsApp então, não compreende o que o cliente quer. Dificultando ainda mais o procedimento. Simplesmente horrível.
Terrible attendance. Employees don't seem to know what they are doing. They give incomplete information.
The person who answers WhatsApp then does not understand what the customer wants. Making the procedure even more difficult. Just awful.
