★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A consulta médica é ótima, mas o atendimento da recepção é péssimo, não respeitam a lei do idoso, fui com meus pais de 75 e 79 anos, chegamos as 13h:30min e saímos de lá as 16h sem ser atendido porque ainda tinha 5 pessoas jovem na frente, minha mãe é semi dependente, usa fralda, foi muito constrangedor as idas ao banheiro trocar a fralda, enfim, a lei está aí é para ser respeitada, achei uma falta de humanidade do pessoal da recepção, não adianta reclamar não resolve, portanto, não indico.
The medical consultation is great, but the reception service is terrible, do not respect the law of the elderly, I went with my parents of 75 and 79 years, arrived at 13h: 30min and left there at 16h without being attended because there were still 5 people young in front, my mother is semi dependent, wears a diaper, it was very embarrassing to go to the bathroom changing the diaper, anyway, the law is there to be respected, I found a lack of humanity of the reception staff, no use complaining doesn't solve therefore I do not indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Levei um material apara análise no final de abril e solicitei que o resultado fosse enviado por e-mail. O que foi aceito pela atendente. Me deram a previsão de 15 dias para entrega. Chegou dia 27 de maio, liguei para lá e fui informado que o material estava pronto desde o dia 08/05, sendo que ninguém me avisou por e-mail, telefone ou qualquer outro meio. IRRESPONSÁVEIS!
Bad experience. I took a material for analysis at the end of April and requested that the result be sent by e-mail. What was accepted by the attendant. They gave me a 15-day delivery forecast. It arrived on May 27th, I called there and I was informed that the material was ready since 05/08, and nobody told me by e-mail, phone or any other means. IRRESPONSIBLE!

Agendei a consulta com quase 1 mês de antecedência e foi me informado um valor X, ontem ao ligarem para confirmar se eu iria, eu confirmei que sim e confirmei o valor e disseram outro valor, questionei mas não fiz questão e disseram para ir às 8:00 horas e assim fiz..
Quando cheguei, fiz o cadastro, houve um pequeno acidente com o poste em frente a clínica que impossibilitou o uso dos equipamentos da clínica (as luzes estavam funcionando, o que deu a entender que não tinha nada de errado) e a médica chegou 30 minutos depois de mim, NÃO FUI COMUNICADA EM MOMENTO ALGUM sobre o problema com os aparelhos e que estava impossibilitada de realizar a consulta, EU me levantei 1 hora depois e fui perguntar se demorava e foi aí que obtive uma explicação e ainda disseram pra justificar a falta de comunicação com o cliente que é por ordem de chegada, sendo que em nenhum momento essa informação foi repassada, a moça claramente não gostou do meu questionamento e ainda desdenhou!
PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA, TOTAL FALTA DE COMUNICAÇÃO COM O CLIENTE E DESPREPARO DOS COLABORADORES.
