Marquei 10:30 e até 11:30 não fui atendida, pois a medica marcou no sistema como se eu já tivesse sido atendida é mesmo eu falando com as recepcionistas o problema não foi resolvido pois ficavam dando atenção aos seus celulares pessoais. O barato sai caro. Não volto nunca mais.
Terrible attendance! I booked 10:30 am and until 11:30 am I was not attended, because the doctor marked in the system as if I had already been attended, even though I was talking to the receptionists the problem was not solved because they were paying attention to their personal cell phones. The cheap is expensive. I'll never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou super paciente quanto a espera, porém a casos que extrapolam os limites. Minja consulta estava marcada para as 10:20 cheguei no horário e o paciente das 09:40 ainda não tinha sido atendido, consequentemente tive que aguardar quase duas horas para ser atendida. Falta de respeito total.
I am super patient when it comes to waiting, but in cases that go beyond the limits. My appointment was scheduled for 10:20 am I arrived on time and the patient at 9:40 am had not yet been seen, consequently I had to wait almost two hours to be seen. Lack of total respect.
