Entretanto, a médica que nos atendeu, Elisa, mostrou-se muito alterada, falando aos gritos com a paciente, dando a entender estar detestando fazer a consulta, que seguiu de forma apressada e desatenciosa. Saímos chocados por tamanha grosseria.
I took my 93-year-old aunt to the clinic for eye and routine exams. In fact, there is no accessibility: everyone has to climb two flights of stairs. The receptionist was friendly. However, the doctor who attended to us, Elisa, was very upset, talking to the patient, shouting, implying that she hated to make the appointment, which she hurriedly and inattentively followed. We left shocked by such rudeness.
