★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionada ..ter q escutar fica na fila quem quer é demais. Se a moça for empregada não deve estar precisando de emprego pois não tem educação nenhuma e nem comprometimento com a empresa e se for a Dona piorou não precisa de clientes pois falta muita educação ?

Acabei de sair de uma de suas franquias na avenida Imperador altura do 4696 e fiquei decepcionado com o atendimento dos funcionários que lá estavam, pois o caixa estava aprendendo a usar o sistema de cobrança com o apoio de uma outra pessoa que estava almoçando ali no local e uma terceira com deficiência visual que fez um comentário que não foi nada profissional.
( Quem está na fila é porque quer ninguém obrigou a nada, aqui é como um banco tem que esperar) disse ela, com uma fila de mais de 10 pessoas.
Espero que está questão seja resolvida, pois gosto muito dos seus produtos e sou fiel a marca, obrigado
