★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sorvete é bom... Mas tentar pedir pelo Ifood é um sacrifício. Eles cancelam o pedido alegando que não tem o sorvete em estoque mas não te dão nenhum retorno.
Pensar no cliente tiram nota zero.
The ice cream is good... But trying to ask for Ifood is a sacrifice. They cancel the order claiming they don't have the ice cream in stock but they don't give you any return.
Thinking about the customer gets zero grade.

Awful. Rude owner, using profanity and treating customers badly. Cashier is super polite, but the owner is a zero on the left. They lost a customer.

O dono do estabelecimento, super grosseiro, fazendo piadas e atendendo mal o cliente.

Realmente os funcionários são educados e prestativos, nada a reclamar deles.
O dono que ficou fazendo graça e sendo grosseiro foi o que possui um Honda City preto.

The best store in the region, this lady who complained about the Owners, is wrong or has a problem. I once made a purchase and had a problem with the bank and couldn't pay! When they saw the situation, they asked me to take the ice cream and pay later. They are great

The best franchise I've been to until today, totally exemplary service, two guys from the cashier, the owner was super polite and attentive. Ice cream quality without comment ... sensational .
