★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estávamos eu e meu marido passeando de bicicleta, quando tentei comprar sorvete aí no último domingo (26 de setembro de 2021) à tarde. Só haviam duas funcionárias, nenhum outro cliente, e ambas começaram a arrumar empecilhos. Primeiro, eu perguntei se poderia colocar as bicicletas para dentro do salão no canto (por medo de roubo), enquanto escolhíamos os sorvetes. Não deixaram, e tudo bem. Aí eu disse que ficava cuidando das bicicletas na porta da loja, enquanto meu marido escolhia os sorvetes e pagava por eles.
Encrencaram que eu não poderia ficar ali, mas sim no cantinho do estacionamento, sendo que havia zero carro ali naquele momento. E, se surgissem carros de repente (o quanto cabem nas vagas, não lembro exatamente) é óbvio que eu ajustaria as bicicletas. Olha, foram tantos obstáculos pra conseguir comprar dois sorvetes e ir embora que desistimos. E não pretendo voltar mais, porque fomos muito mal recebidos.
PS: Atualizei a avaliação (em 30/09) porque o proprietário foi gentil em entender a questão.
My husband and I were taking a bike ride when I tried to buy ice cream there last Sunday (September 26, 2021) in the afternoon. There were only two employees, no other customers, and both began to sort out snags. First, I asked if I could get the bikes into the lounge in the corner (for fear of theft) while we sorted out the ice cream. They didn't, and that's fine. Then I said that I was taking care of the bikes at the door of the store, while my husband chose the ice creams and paid for them.
They got in trouble that I couldn't stay there, but in the corner of the parking lot, since there was zero car there at that time. And if cars suddenly appeared (how much space can fit, I don't remember exactly) it's obvious that I would adjust the bikes. Look, there were so many obstacles to buying two ice creams and leaving that we gave up. And I don't intend to go back any more, because we were very unwelcome.
PS: I updated the rating (on 9/30) because the owner was kind to understand the issue.
