★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No horário de atendimento, diz que abre às 10 horas, mas fui, hoje, quarta-feira, dia 9/3, até à Oggi da Vila Gustavo, na av. Júlio Buono, às 10h20 +-, e a loja estava fechada. Viagem perdida. Não entendo, o porquê de informar o horário de funcionamento, se não é cumprido.
In the opening hours, it says it opens at 10 am, but I went, today, Wednesday, the 9/3th, to Oggi da Vila Gustavo, on av. Júlio Buono, at 10:20h +-, and the store was closed. Lost trip. I don't understand, why inform the opening hours, if it is not complied with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ontem dia 28/02 véspera do carnaval. Acho q a atendente do caixa estava brava por trabalhar. Pois estava de extrema má vontade. Nem olhava na cara dos clientes,ficava batendo papo com outra. Clientes com criança de colo e ela não se dava nem ao trabalho de ajudar a por na sacola, até pra agilizar já q a fila estava grande. Registra o sorvete e nem coloca mais ao lado, enquanto a pessoa está guardando na sacola, ela já coloca o de outro cliente ali próximo, podendo se misturar. Olha péssimo atendimento dessa moça ontem.
